3 day Kruger Park Luxury Tent Safari

This three day Kruger Park safari departs from Oliver Thambo International Airport in South Africa or Nelspruit on a daily basis. Accommodation on this game-viewing safari is in luxury en‐suite tents set in a private camp at the Kruger Park, South Africa's premier game reserve.

On this Kruger safari we go on two exciting night game drives and spend an entire day exploring the expansive park and spotting wildlife, including the "Big Five". At the Kruger Park we take early morning game viewing walks, relax in the wilderness at the camp and enjoy traditional Bushveld meals.

The tented budget safari ends after breakfast on the third day when we return to Nelspruit or Oliver Thambo International Airport, Johannesburg.

Day 1: From Johannesburg into the Kruger Park - South Africa (D)

The 3-day Kruger under canvas safari departs from the airport in Johannesburg or Nelspruit from where we travel into the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Kruger Park is South Africa's premier game viewing destination home to not only the famous "Big Five" of Africa but also 150 mammal species. The Kruger Park boasts an impressive 507 bird species, a wide variety of insects, reptiles and amphibians, making Kruger the ultimate wildlife destination. Upon arrival at our camp in Kruger we settle in and head off on our first game drive - an adventurous night drive. We return to the camp after dark to tuck into a delicious dinner in the wild. Accommodation on this game viewing safari is in luxury en‐suite tents set in a private camp in a wilderness area that is set apart from the regular commercial camps making this Kruger safari an authentic African bush experience.

Day 2: Kruger National Park - South Africa (B/L/D)

Rising at dawn with the wildlife, we venture back into the Kruger Park as the gates open for an exciting day of game viewing. The game drives take us into the expanse of this extensive game reserve through Big Five territory filled with surprises. The wildlife activity at the waterholes often looks just like a National Geographic scene especially at sunrise. We spend the full day in Kruger game viewing, bird watching and visiting the various waterholes along our way. At the end of a satisfying day of game viewing we return to the safari camp for sundowners and some relaxation before setting off on our second adventurous evening game viewing drive. After an exciting day out in the wilderness enjoying the rich game viewing that the Kruger Park offers we settle down at camp to enjoy a traditional Bushveld meal in the laid back atmosphere of the bush camp.

Day 3: Kruger National Park to Johannesburg - South Africa (B)

On our last day we start out on an early morning bush walk before breakfast, to catch the wildlife at one of their most active times of the day. We then head back to Johannesburg, Pretoria or Nelspruit bringing the unforgettable three day Kruger Park safari to an end.
