A fantastic 4 Star Lodge Tour to Kruger National Park in South Africa, at a really great price!

Your Budget Lodge Safari will start with a collection from your accommodation in Johannesburg from where you will head to the famous Kruger Park via the Panoramic Route including highlights such as God's Window, Pilgrim's Rest and Graskop.

On arrival at the Kruger game park you will head off on a night game drive in search of the nocturnal creatures of Kruger. Your days thereafter will be spent inside the vast Kruger Park. You will go on a morning game drive, a mid-morning game drive and an afternoon game drive in search of the diverse wildlife of the amazing Kruger Reserve, including the "Big 5" of Africa.

Your Budget Kruger Safari will end back at your accommodation of choice in Johannesburg.

Day  1: Johannesburg to Kruger Park

Our Kruger Lodge Safari starts with a collection from your accommodation in Johannesburg.

We will travel to the Kruger Park via the well-known Panoramic Route. This scenic area is located in the Province of Mpumalanga and is breathtakingly beautiful.

We will visit the sites of God's Window, Pilgrim's Rest, Graskop and some stunning Waterfalls in the area.

From here we head to our 4 Star Safari Lodge on the outskirts of the small town of Hazyview, where we check in.

After completing the formalities we board our Game Viewing Vehicle and head into the Kruger National Park for a thrilling night drive. On this night drive our guide will attempt to locate the animals of the night for us.

Arriving back at the stylish safari lodge we will have dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 2: Game Drives in Kruger Park

It's up nice and early for our fist morning Game Drive. We will go in search of the diverse wildlife that makes Kruger one of the top Game Reserves in Africa.

On completion of our morning Game drive we head back to the Lodge for breakfast. We will have time to relax before heading out into Kruger Park again on a mid morning Game Drive. After the game drive we stop for lunch (At your own expense).

We will depart once again for an afternoon Game Drive and then return to the nearby Safari Lodge for Dinner before retiring.

Day 3: Kruger Park to Johannesburg

We arise early in the morning and head straight out for our morning Game Drive in Kruger Park, followed by breakfast back at the Lodge.

After Breakfast we head out again for a mid-morning Game Drive before we return back to the Lodge where we will check out and board our transfer vehicle back to Johannesburg.

We will stop off along the way for lunch (At your own Expense).

On arrival back in Johannesburg your Kruger Park Exclusive Lodge Safari will come to an end.

Tour Transportation:

While we are on the open road between Johannesburg and the Kruger Park we will make use of a luxury mini bus that is fully air-conditioned. 

When we go on our game drives the vehicle we make use of is a specially adapted 4x4 open-sided Game Viewing Vehicle. This vehicle will be driven by a highly qualified Guide.

About the Safari Lodge Accommodation:

Accommodation on this Kruger Safari is at a 4 star lodge near the Numbi Gate of Kruger National Park, in the game-rich Mpumalanga Province. 

The safari lodge is set amongst lush indigenous vegetation in beautifully landscaped gardens and boasts an authentic African safari atmosphere. Facilities include a ladies bar, wine cellar, two outdoor swimming pools, a curio shop, communal lounge, laundry services and 24-hour security.

Stay in luxurious, air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathrooms. These spacious and comfortable rooms overlook the Sabi River or the two swimming pools and leafy grounds of the safari lodge. Some of the rooms have balconies and verandas for bird watching and spotting the resident hippos as they graze. The tastefully decorated rooms also feature heating, fans, tea and coffee making stations, and satellite television.

The lodge features an a la Carte restaurant typically serving African-style and country cuisine of international standards. Guests can dine in the thatched boma area under the stars, or out on the terrace overlooking the Sabie River.

Our family-friendly lodge accommodation lies a short distance from the Panorama Route and its scenic highlights of Blyde River Canyon, God's window, Pilgrims Rest and Bourke's Luck Potholes. The safari lodge offers a variety of outdoor and game viewing activities that can be booked at extra cost.

NOTE: In the unlikely event of the Lodge being full we reserve the right to use an alternative Lodge of the same standard.

Note:

Kruger Park Conservation fees are not included in the Tour Price. You will need to budget R192 per person per day for the park fees. 

This Safari can be done as a 4/5 day package or simply add on the amount of extra days you want. Day 2 of the programme will be repeated for the additional days
