Etosha Park is known for its remarkable wildlife sightings and unique scenery. Much of the national park is covered by the largely dry Etosha Pan, known as the great white place where mirages rise up from the flat saltpan.
Elephants are present in large numbers so you are likely to see many of these giants roaming around in the bush. Some of the most memorable sightings include endangered black rhino, cheetah, lion and black-faced impala. Frequent sightings include zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, springbok and eland among other antelopes, as well as hyena and jackal. We stop at watering holes and viewpoints on our game drives to see as much wildlife and scenery as possible.
