12 DAY MALAWI & VICTORIA FALLS This
tour begins on the fascinating and exotic shores of the Indian
Ocean port town Dar es Salaam. Traveling South towards the
mighty Vic Falls, you experience the magic of Lake Malawi,
where unspoilt beaches beckon and a multitude of activities
are on offer.

Itinerary:
Day 1 Dar es Salaam - Iringa
We head away from the coast, leaving the city of Dar
es Salaam behind, and take the climbing road into the mountains
to our first camp n ear
Iringa. Camping L,D
Day 2/3/4/5 Malawi - North/Central
We make the border crossing out of Tanzania. Leaving Iringa
behind us, we head for our first night in Malawi. Our destination
is the northern part of Lake Malawi, close to the Livingstonia
Mountains where we will relax for the next two days. Take
a stroll through the nearby craft market with the friendly
people of Malawi or take a hike into the mountains if the
weather is favourable. We continue a short way further along
the central part of the lake. For the more adventurous there
are endless leisure and water sport activities. Alternatively,
soak up the atmosphere and relax in one of the most scenic
holiday destinations in Africa! The evenings are spent beside
its tranquil waters. Optional Activities: Scuba Diving, Parasailing,
Windsurfing, Fishing, Canoeing, Horse Riding, Craft Shopping

Day 6 Luwawa Forest
We head for the Luwawa Forest, above the Great Rift Valley.
You will remember this indigenous forest region for its magnificent
scenery. A hike through the forest may reward you with a glimpse
of some of its secretive wildlife. Camping B,L,D Optional
Activities: Fishing, Mountain Biking.
Day 7/8 Zambia - South Luangwa National Park
We drive from Luwawa Forest to the South Luangwa National
Park where we will spend two nights on the banks of the river.
The second day is put aside for activities, you can choose
between a morning or night game drive and a guided game walk
accompanied by a professional local guide. If the South Luangwa
NP is not for you then relax by the pool. On occasion in the
rainy season it is impossible or inadvisable to attempt to
reach South Luangwa NP, if this happens then an alternative
itinerary will be chosen. Camping B,L,D

in South Luangwa NP.
Day 9 Luangwa River
We sadly leave the wonderful South Luangwa NP to spend some
relaxing time in a remote part of Zambia. This is an interesting
area full of friendly locals and a walk along the river is
a rewarding experience. Camping B,L,D
Day
10 Lusaka
Our journey towards the bustling Zambian capital of Lusaka
takes us along an interesting route. If we arrive early enough
to explore the local markets we will certainly enjoy this
opportunity. We enjoy the evening relaxing after our long
drive. Camping B,L,D
Day 11/12 Zambia - Victoria Falls
Arriving at our destination of Livingstone, we have enough
time to visit the Falls. The popular optional sunset cruise
includes dinner and drinks. Most people will spend the second
day in Livingstone white water rafting, a not-to-be-missed
experience of a lifetime! Vic Falls offers many exciting alternatives.
The last evening in Livingstone can be spent together as a
group at a local restaurant, recounting our tour experiences
and adventures. Day 11: Camping B,L Day 12: Tour ends. Own
