4 DAY SOUTH LUANGWA NATIONAL PARK EXPERIENCE

Stay in our idyllic tented camp, situated on the banks of
the Luangwa River overlooking a busy elephant crossing point.
The park contains over 100 species of mammals including lion,
leopard, buffalo, thornicroft giraffe, cookson wildebeest,
zebra, elephant and hippo. You will travel through African
bush and open
grass plains in your quest to observe animals in their natural
environment. Enjoy untouched wilderness, extensive wild and
bird life, capture the true feeling of Africa.

Price includes:
Transport to and from the park in comfortable safari vehicles,
dedicated crew, accommodation in spacious step-in safari tents
built on platforms (based on two people sharing), meals, game/
night drives operated by us, National Park entrance fees.

Entry Visas to Zambia*
*Visa Exemptions for entry into Zambia can be arranged if
the Safari is booked more than one week in advance. However
visa exemptions cannot be guaranteed.
Itinerary:
Day 1
8.00hrs - Morning departure from Lilongwe towards the Luangwa
Valley in Zambia. Lunch on route. Arrive at the camp mid afternoon
and spend time acclimatising to the African Bush. Enjoy dinner
overlooking the Luangwa River, watching Elephant cross at
dusk and listening to the sounds of the great outdoors. Relax
over a drink before retiring for the evening.
Day 2
5.30hrs - Pre game drive breakfast.
6.00hrs - Early morning game drive, with our very experienced
guide. Enjoy the sights of the Park before returning to camp
for a well needed brunch.
11.30hrs - Brunch.
Take a refreshing swim in the pool before entering the park
once again.
15.00hrs - Pre night drive snack.
Afternoon game drive or take the opportunity to experience
a night drive or a combination of optional walking and night
drive. This is a unique way to view the nocturnal activity
of the park.
Dinner will be served at the camp.
Day 3
5.30hrs - Pre game drive breakfast.
6.00hrs - Early departure for the second morning game drive.
Return to the camp for brunch.
11.30hrs - Brunch. Relax at the camp before the afternoon
game drive.
15.00hrs - pre game drive snack. Afternoon game drive.
Dinner will be served at the camp.
Day 4
7.30hrs - Breakfast.
After breakfast depart for Lilongwe. Stop on route at South
Luangwa Textile Workshop to see the beautiful fabrics made
by the local craftsmen and artists. Enter the workshop to
see the artists at work and visit the delightful shop to purchase
some of their unique goods.
Arrive back in Lilongwe in the late afternoon.
