Children under 6 are allowed on our open safari vehicles providing
that the clear see through sides are lowered and they are
accompanied by their parents.
 Itinerary:
Day 1: Johannesburg – Kruger National Park,
South Africa
Your Kruger National Park holiday starts with you being
picked up by an air-conditioned vehicle, from Johannesburg
International Airport at approximately 09h30. You will be
transferred directly to the Kruger National Park.
Upon arrival you will meet your safari guides, who are waiting
with a welcome drink. After a briefing on your Kruger National
Park holiday safari, enjoy the first exciting game drive in
an open safari vehicle. The evening will be spent around the
fire at the Kruger Park camp site, listening to stories of
your safari guides whilst enjoying dinner. Dinner is included.
Day 2: Kruger National Park
At sunrise you depart on your morning game drive in search
of the wildlife in this prime game viewing area of the Kruger
Park, and learning some bush lore from your safari guide on
your Kruger National Park safari. You will return to camp
for a hot brunch where after there is time to relax, either
by cooling off in the pool or enjoying a short siesta.
After late afternoon snacks and beverages, you set off again
in an open safari vehicle. On your Kruger National Park holiday,
you will be amazed by your safari guides' knowledge of not
only the wildlife, but the landscape and traditions of the
area. In the evening you will have the opportunity to have
dinner prepared by your safari guides in the traditional way,
over an open fire. Brunch, afternoon snacks and dinner are
included.
Day 3: Kruger National Park
Your Kruger National Park holiday starts at sunrise today
when you depart on your morning game drive in search of more
wildlife in South Africa's famous Kruger National Park. You
will return to camp for a hot brunch. After bidding farewell
to your safari guide, you will be transferred to your resort,
where you will spend the last night of your Kruger National
Park safari. This will leave you feeling totally relaxed and
refreshed. There is a swimming pool that provides a welcome
respite from the heat of the Lowveld. If you have not done
all your curio shopping yet, there is a well stocked curio
shop with a good selection of local art.
As the sun sets over the mountains in the afternoon, you will
be en route to the Shangana Village Evening Fest. Follow the
drum beats and flaming torches to lead you to the great Kraal
of Chief Soshangana, a dramatic fire-lit circle of royal huts
under the boughs of ancient trees. The Chief and his family
host the Evening Festival, where choirs, actors and dancers
gather to tell the story of the Shangaan people. Brunch, traditional
dinner and beer included.
Day 4: Kruger Park – Johannesburg
On the last morning of your Kruger National Park safari,
you can sleep in, and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, relaxing
until check out time. A luxury transfer vehicle will collect
you for the drive back to Johannesburg. Breakfast is included.
