KRUGER NATIONAL PARK - THE TREEHOUSE EXPERIENCE
4 DAY SAFARI 
AFRICAN BUDGET SAFARIS offers an awesome wildlife adventure
to the Kruger National Park with fascinating accommodation
in uniquely stunning treehouses. This is definitely one of
your most popular budget getaways and a must for those with
a taste for the alternative!
The Treehouse Camp is situated along the elevated banks of
the pristine perennial Klaserie River and is home to a wide
variety of animals including buffalo, rhino and leopard. At
night , the eerie wails of hyena and the distant roars of
lion enhance a truly African aura. The treehouses are electrified
and are made of reeds and canvas and have thatched roofs.
All are en-suite apart from 4 original treehouses built right
on the river. These have separate and private ablutions on
the ground nearby. All the treehouses have fans, mosquito
nets and wooden decks overlooking the river, where animals
often come to drink.
Our scheduled 4-day safari departs on any day of the week.
We also offer 3-day and 6-day safaris leaving any day of the
week.
Includes: all transfers, game drives, game
walks, visits to wildlife projects, accommodation (linen,
towels and soap provided), dinners and breakfasts.
Excludes: are lunches, drinks and personals.

Itinerary:
DAY 1:
Pickup from your guesthouse/hostel or Johannesburg Airport
or Nelspruit and drive to our main Game Lodge in the Balule
section of the Kruger National Park. After a short break,
during which you can unwind at the bar or enjoy a quick swim,
we board an open Landcruiser for a Sunset Drive. Toast the
magnificent African sunset with your favourite liquid "sundowner"
. After dark, your ranger will use a powerful spotlight to
identify nocturnal animals. Drive to The Treehouse Lodge where
you will be accommodated in fascinating treehouses. Dinner
will be held in our boma, around a crackling open fire.
DAY 2:
After breakfast, we depart for the Orpen Gate of Kruger Park.
From your open Gameviewer you are afforded an outstanding
opportunity to fully experience Africa's  wild
animals. The elevated vantage position and absence of glass
windows allow for truly unforgettable sight, sound and scent
experiences and brilliant photographic opportunities. Spend
the full day game-viewing and bird-watching in the company
of a knowledgeable guide. Overnight in your romantic treehouse
with the sounds of the African night to lull you to sleep
DAY 3:
Another full day of gameviewing and birdwatching from the
open Gameviewer. Your guide will use his intimate knowledge
of the Park and travel along different roads in an attempt
to show you the Big Five. From your open Gameviewer, your
chances of seeing the Big Five are greatly enhanced. Dinner
and overnight at the Camp.
DAY 4:
Drive to our main Lodge in time for an early bushwalk, guided
by an armed ranger. The signs of elephant are everywhere and
the adrenalin is sure to be pumping ! After breakfast, we
drive to the Blyde Canyon where you view the breathtaking
God's Window and the Three Rondawels. We return to Gauteng,
arriving by 16h00. Airport dropoff by arrangement.
