Terms and Conditions
Please note that you have to produce your credit card, unendorsed drivers license and international passport when receiving the rental-vehicle.
Rates Include:
Unlimited kilometres
Airport delivery and drop off
Theft waiver
Collision damage waiver
14% VAT
Tourism levy and airport surcharges
Cell-phones are only available at airports from CELLUCITY
Rates Exclude:
Contract fee of R 40
Delivery and collection fees (during office hours)- 0-35 kms : R 140 35kms+ : Please enquire.
After hours & weekend delivery/collection fees- R 400 per delivery/collection
One Way Drop Off: R 600 Per One Way
Young drivers surcharges of R 150 per day (must have had license for at least 3 years)
Excess (Super Cover does not include acts of negligence, tyres, hub caps, windscreens and torn upholstery)
Claim and administration Fee: maximum R 450
Fine handling fee: R 100 - R 700
Extension rates (if you extend your rental without approval)
Baby seat per rental R 200
Towing (unless wear and tear)
Undercarriage Damage
Cross Border Travelling
Cross border fees for Swaziland: R 200, Lesotho: R 400
A letter of authorization must be requested at the time of reservation
Authorized countries are Lesotho and Swaziland
Unauthorized countries are Angola, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and Zimbabwe
Insurance Cover:
We offer the following insurance (excess waivers) with our vehicles for rental in and out of South Africa
With all damages, theft or accidents to vehicles an administration fee of a maximum R 450 will apply.
Standard cover in case of any damage to or theft of the vehicle:
In South Africa the client will be liable for the maximum amount of the excess.
Super cover (executive cover or excess waiver) in case of accident or theft of the vehicle: In South Africa the client will be covered (liable for administration fee).
Breach of Contract:
All related and unrelated costs shall be borne by the Renter in the case of Breach of Contract.
Examples of Breach of Contract are:-
**Accident occurring after vehicle is due back
**Driving under the influence of alcohol
**Accident due to traffic violations
**Negligence
**Unauthorised drivers
**Damage to windows, tyres, rims, hubcaps, radios(you can take the face off all radios)
**Breach of contract
