Itinerary for this Tour

Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger Park

Our Kruger Lodge Safari starts with a collection from your accommodation in Johannesburg. We travel to the Kruger Park via the well-known Panorama Route in an air-conditioned vehicle. This scenic area is located in the Province of Mpumalanga in South Africa and is breathtakingly beautiful.

Along the way we visit the sites of God's Window, Graskop and Lisbon Falls. From here we head to our 3 Star Safari Lodge on the outskirts of the small town of Hazyview, near the Phabeni Gate of Kruger Park.

After settling in at the comfortable lodge we head into Kruger National Park on our first exciting game drive. We embark on either an afternoon or an evening game drive, depending on availability (to be confirmed en route to the lodge this morning). Late afternoons and early evenings are ideal for spotting wildlife as animals become more active during these times. If we take an evening game drive, our guide will attempt to locate the animals of the night for us. Arriving back at the stylish safari lodge we will have dinner before retiring for the night.

Day 2: Game Drives in Kruger Park

It's up nice and early for our full day of game viewing in Kruger. We spend the whole day on game drives in an open 4x4 vehicle, going in search of the diverse wildlife that make Kruger one of the top game reserves in Africa. Hopefully we will sight a few (possibly even all) of the Big Five of Africa - lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo.

During the day we stop to stretch our legs, have breakfast, take comfort breaks and enjoy lunch (own account) at one of the rest camps in Kruger Park. The professional guide will share his or her in-depth knowledge of the local flora and fauna with you as you explore, searching for and pointing out the animals, birds, other creatures and features of that make the African bush so extraordinary.

After our eventful day of game viewing we return to our nearby safari lodge for dinner and relaxation, before retiring.

Day 3: Kruger Park to Johannesburg

We get up early this morning and set off on one last game drive in Kruger Park. Returning to the lodge mid-morning we have breakfast before checking out and boarding our transfer vehicle back to Johannesburg. We stop for lunch (own expense), along the way, and on arrival back in Johannesburg your Kruger Park Exclusive Lodge Safari will come to an end.

Tour Transportation:

While we are on the open road between Johannesburg and the Kruger Park we will make use of a luxury minibus that is fully air-conditioned.

When we go on our game drives the vehicle we make use of is an open-sided 4x4 game viewing vehicle. This specially adapted safari vehicle will be driven by a highly qualified guide.
