Have a look at what our travellers have to say about us on TrustPilot our independent review platform:
From 2013 to November 2017 we used TripAdvisor as our review platform and we’re incredibly proud of the five consecutive Certificates of Excellence we received from them. However as a Tour Agent, TripAdvisor advised us, in early November 2017, that we were no longer allowed to retain our listing. The good news is that we still have all of our TripAdvisor reviews right here though, so go ahead and check them out to.
I had quite detailed wishes on the iternary (Zimbabwe & Mozambique) and type of trip (accomodated, small group). Terry of African Budget Safaris advised a trip and it turned out to be exact what I wanted. So I had a wonderful trip, comfortable accommodation and saw lots of game and nice beaches.
We had been working (from the USA) with Terry and African Budget safaris over email for months ahead of our scheduled travel dates to inquire about several different trips. Terry always answered our emails promptly and provided us with sufficient information about itineraries, costs, etc. We ended up booking the 7 day tour of Botswana leaving from Zambia. Unfortunately, due to some visa problems we had to cancel the trip only about a week before we were scheduled to depart. Terry and his team were very understanding and helpful, and worked to ensure that we got a full refund from our cancellation ... (despite this being way outside the cancellation time-frame allowance stated in the terms and conditions of our trip) and then helped us to find and book another trip within our visa allowances that was scheduled to leave in only a week! We were incredibly grateful to say the least. If we had lost our money because of the forced cancellation, there’s no way we would have been able to afford another trip! We would definitely work with African Budget Safaris again in the future.
I always use African Budget Safaris as my booking agent for my trips to Africa. They offer a huge range of different safaris and adventures and are also really helpful and prompt.
