Your 8-Day Budget Kenya Safari begins on arrival in Nairobi, where you'll be met at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transferred to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore Nairobi at your own pace. Dinner is at your own expense.
After breakfast, travel to Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya's premier safari destinations.
Arrive at your safari lodge in time for lunch before heading out on your first game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain.
Explore the park's plains, marshes and wetlands in search of elephants, buffalo, hippos and a variety of birdlife. Afterwards, return to the lodge to relax before dinner.
Optional evening entertainment may include traditional Maasai dancing and wildlife talks by local specialists.
Spend a full day exploring Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya's premier wildlife destinations. Famous for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli offers excellent game viewing across open plains, seasonal lake beds and lush wetlands.
Look out for a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and antelope species, as well as predators such as lion, leopard and cheetah. The park is also a rewarding destination for birdwatching.
Return to the lodge for lunch and time to relax. This afternoon, you can enjoy optional activities such as a nature walk or birdwatching before dinner at the safari lodge.
After breakfast, leave Amboseli behind and travel through Nairobi to the scenic Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha, one of Kenya's most picturesque freshwater lakes, in time for lunch at your lakeside safari lodge.
This afternoon, relax at the lodge, explore the lakeshore or join an optional boat trip on Lake Naivasha. The lake is known for its abundant birdlife and scenic setting beneath Mount Longonot.
After breakfast, travel further through the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Nakuru National Park, passing Lake Elmenteita along the way.
Enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park before checking into your safari lodge. One of Kenya's best places to see both black and white rhinos, Lake Nakuru is also home to lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras and a variety of birdlife, including flamingos.
After lunch at the lodge, head out on another game drive to explore more of the park before returning for dinner.
After breakfast, travel to the Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya's most famous safari destination and one of Africa's premier wildlife reserves.
Arrive at your safari lodge in time for lunch before heading out on an afternoon game drive across the vast plains of the Masai Mara. Keep an eye out for lions, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and other wildlife that make this reserve one of Africa's top safari destinations.
Return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening in the heart of the Masai Mara.
Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara on game drives in search of Kenya's iconic wildlife.
Look out for lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and numerous antelope species as you explore one of Africa's most celebrated wildlife reserves. In season, you may also witness the Great Migration, one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife spectacles.
After a rewarding day on safari, return to your lodge for dinner and your final night in the Masai Mara.
After breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and travel back to Nairobi. You also have the option of flying back to the city at extra cost.
On arrival in Nairobi, enjoy lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, known for its unique barbecue dining experience and wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
After lunch, transfer to the airport where your 8-Day Budget Kenya Safari comes to an end.
