Tanzania Deluxe Safari

This is a 5 star Tanzanian Safari, but at such a good rate that we had to include it in our tour offerings!

This 7 day Big Five African Safari departs from the town of Arusha in Northern Tanzania and heads out on a journey to discover three of the top National Parks in Tanzania.

Our first stop will be Lake Manyara National Park, followed by the famous Serengeti National Park and lastly the wildlife-rich Ngorongoro Crater.

Each destination has something unique to offer from wide open plains with untamed wildlife to Africa's Big 5 and stunning vistas. An affordable and fun journey through a truly magnificant part of the world!

The Tanzania Deluxe Safari ends back in the colourful city of Arusha.

Day 01: Arusha – Tanzania

On day one of the Tanzania Deluxe Safari you will be met at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your 5 Star overnight hotel in Arusha, Tanzania.

Day 02: Arusha to Lake Manyara – Tanzania

In the morning we drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara, taking a picnic lunch for along the way.

We arrive at Lake Manyara in the afternoon and take our first game drive in the Lake Manyara National Park.

We overnight at a safari lodge or tented lodge in the Lake Manyara area.

Day 03: Serengeti National Park – Tanzania

After breakfast we depart Lake Manyara and head to the Serengeti National Park via the Olduvai Gorge.

We visit the Olduvai Museum and have the option of visiting a Masai Village.

We enjoy an en-route game drive and stay overnight at a 5 Star Serengeti safari lodge or 5 Star tented lodge.

Day 04: Serengeti National Park – Tanzania

We spend a full day game viewing in the famous Serengeti National Park taking a break for your choice of hot lunch at the safari lodge or a picnic lunch in the bush. After a rewarding day of game viewing we return to the 5 Star safari lodge or tented lodge for our overnight stay.

Day 05: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater – Tanzania

On day five we take a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park, stopping for a picnic lunch at Nabi Hill gate.

We then head for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area enjoying a game drive en-route. Our journey takes us via the Malanja Depression through various Masai Villages.

We arrive at the overnight lodge or farmhouse in the Ngorongoro Crater area in time for dinner.

Day 06: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara – Tanzania

After breakfast we set off for the game-rich Ngorongoro Crater and embark on a six-hour game drive followed by a cultural excursion to a local Masai Village.

We then return to Lake Manyara for dinner and an overnight stay at a Lake Manyara lodge or tented camp.

Day 07: Lake Manyara to Arusha – Tanzania

After breakfast on the final day of the Tanzania Deluxe Safari we travel by road from Lake Manyara to Arusha via the Great Rift Valley and the African village of Mto wa Mbu.

We arrive in Arusha at about midday bringing this Big Five Tanzania Safari to a close.
