The whole of day four is spent exploring Masai Mara, hosting an incredible abundance and diversity of wild animals. This is quintessential Big Five country, known for its big cat populations (lion, cheetah and leopard) and the Great Migration - an awe-inspiring annual wildlife spectacle. The stunning scenery and superb wildlife sightings make for exceptional photographic opportunities.
On day five we leave the game-rich plains of Mara, driving up into the highlands of south-western Kenya. We head into the lush hills of Kisii, the top tea-growing region in Kenya.
Today we cross from Kenya into Tanzania, an equally legendary safari destination. Tonight we camp on the shores of Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa, enjoying sunset and excellent bird watching.
An exciting day lies ahead, as we venture into the world-famous Serengeti National Park in our overland adventure vehicle. One of the most epic wildlife destinations on earth - Serengeti offers superb wildlife viewing and stunning scenery. The Great Migration can also be witnessed in Serengeti, with massive herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles stampeding across the plains in season.
